Help with your practice

Explore two original free four-skill tests from the home page without an account or purchase. Choose a complete test or focus on one skill. Sign in with Google to keep your practice together and purchase additional tests. Return to your own attempts through the dashboard. Public study guides and worked revision examples are available without buying tests. MockMaple creates independent CELPIP-style practice; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official test provider. Follow the official provider's instructions for your actual test booking and exam-day requirements.

Study mode provides replay and review explanations. Timed practice uses task deadlines and staged media. Listening and Reading results show objective practice accuracy; a full standard practice form has 38 scored questions in each of these skills. Writing and Speaking provide practice feedback and self-review guidance, not validated numerical CELPIP or CLB ratings. Submitted results are available to the attempt owner. The public help chat cannot open your attempts or assess your responses.

Write directly in the response editor and watch its saving status. If an answer could not be saved, use the displayed recovery or retry controls before leaving. Reading tasks can connect a passage with a reply or comment; select the phrase that fits both its sentence and the source facts. Study task guides and original worked examples help you review your reasoning and revise your own response. Timed practice deadlines still apply when you open help or enlarge a picture.

Allow microphone access in your browser when you want to record a Speaking response, and use the secure HTTPS site. Study mode also offers a backup audio-file upload. A timed take cannot be replaced with a new take after recording has started. If an upload fails, keep the practice tab open and use Retry upload for the saved recording. Device-stored partial recordings can support interruption recovery, but only chunks successfully saved on that device can be recovered. If transcription is unavailable, use the saved audio for self-review.

Choose 2 additional tests for CAD 9.99, 5 for CAD 19.99, or 10 for CAD 34.99, before applicable tax. These are distinct four-skill tests, not attempts or paired sets. Select your tests before checkout. Each purchase includes 90-day access from successful payment and unlimited retries of your selected tests, in complete-test or single-skill practice. The two free tests are separate. Pay once, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Check the final total on Stripe before paying. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Existing credits keep their original terms.

A new purchase gives 90 days of access from successful payment to your choice of 2, 5 or 10 distinct paid tests. Each includes all four skills. Choose individual tests across the paired practice sets before checkout; selected tests cannot be exchanged after purchase. Active owned tests cannot be purchased again. Retry your selected tests without limit during access, in Study or Timed mode and complete-test or single-skill practice. There is no automatic renewal. Your dashboard shows purchased tests and their access end time in UTC. Starting again keeps previous work. The nine-month data-retention policy is separate from paid access.

Returning from Stripe does not cancel an unfinished checkout. Your dashboard lets you resume it or cancel the unpaid checkout before selecting different tests. Access appears only after Stripe confirms payment. If a payment is processing, refresh your dashboard and do not buy the same tests again. A completed payment cannot be cancelled using the unpaid-checkout button. Contact support@mockmaple.com with your receipt reference if confirmed purchased access is missing; never send full card numbers or sign-in codes.

Practice-pack purchases are non-refundable except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law. Report duplicate charges, missing purchased access or legacy credits, or service problems to support@mockmaple.com with a receipt reference. Try the two free tests before purchasing.

Existing credits keep their original expiry dates and are not converted into test purchases. When a paid test is not covered by active purchased access, one existing credit starts one new attempt, including a single-skill attempt. Resuming the same active attempt in the same mode and skill selection uses no additional credit. Purchased tests include unlimited retries during their access period, without using existing credits. New purchases select distinct tests rather than adding credits.

Sign in with Google. If you already have a MockMaple session, open Account security to link your Google identity before signing out. Matching email addresses alone cannot recover an existing account. For signed-out account recovery, email support@mockmaple.com so we can verify ownership. Never send a password or sign-in code.

Speaking recordings, transcripts and related feedback expire nine calendar months after upload. Inactive learner and guest accounts become eligible for deletion after nine calendar months without activity; valid entitlements, administrators and preservation holds are protected. Existing records receive a fresh nine-month migration window. Contact support@mockmaple.com for access, export or deletion requests.

Public help searches published support articles, MockMaple study guides and public product facts. When you are signed in, personal help may also use a small read-only summary needed for your question: account and first recorded-practice dates, recent attempt status and objective totals, active test access, remaining earlier credits, and support-request status. It never reads answer text, recordings, transcripts, card details, payment-provider identifiers, sign-in credentials, or another learner's information, and it cannot make purchases or change saved work. MockMaple does not build a page-by-page history of visits before recorded account or practice activity. Questions and replies stay in this browser page's memory and are not saved as chat transcripts. Public and selected personal facts may be processed by our server-hosted AI when AI explanations are enabled; source links remain visible. Report an issue uses a separate saved form and its details are not sent to the help AI.
